Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate call center sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and team performance Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide actionable feedback Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews for team members Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement Foster a positive, high-performance team culture Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field Matric qualification Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets in a call center environment A minimum of 3 5 years relevant experience , with knowledge of medical insurance products Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to develop, motivate, and guide a sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for improvement Knowledge of call center technologies and sales management systems Strong understanding of the South African market and customer behavior Knowledge of sales principles and methods RE5 and RE1 / FAIS qualification Clear ITC and criminal record
