About the Role

Our client, a new Safari Lodge opening in Namibia, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience aligned to luxury lodge service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and service flow
  • Lead, train, and schedule front-of-house staff
  • Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Manage reservations, seating plans, and special requests
  • Control costs, stock, and service standards
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery

Requirements

  • 35 years of restaurant management experience (luxury hospitality preferred)
  • Strong leadership and guest engagement skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities

Qualifications

No formal education or certifications required.

Salary & Benefits

Competitive Salary paid in Namibian Dollars / South African Rands, Live-in shared accommodation, Annual leave, Annual flights / passage home covered by the company.
