Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the tooling and manufacturing sector Manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new accounts Build strong customer relationships and understand their production requirements Recommend and demonstrate suitable tooling solutions to improve cycle times, tool life, and cost per component Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system daily Work closely with internal teams including internal sales, finance, and stock control Attend sales meetings and provide updates on sales performance and forecasts Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new market opportunities Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing technical and sales training Represent the company professionally at all times Requirements preferred: Matric (min) Experience with CNC machines, mills, and lathes Knowledge of carbide cutting tools Good communication and sales skills Able to work independently and in a team Tooling sales experience is an advantage An attractive guaranteed package, including med. aid, provident, car allowance plus company fuel card is on offer. The incumbent will also participate in an incentive scheme based on targets achieved.
