About the Role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Telemarketing Support Role to join our team in Midrand, Johannesburg. As a representative of our dental supply company, you will be responsible for promoting products and services to dental practices across South Africa, while also providing administrative support to the sales team on the road.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to dental practices to introduce and promote products and services
  • Generate leads and identify potential new clients
  • Follow up with practices regarding product enquiries and opportunities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team on the road
  • Maintain and update client information and call records
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with dental practices
  • Assist with general office administration where required

Requirements

  • Previous telemarketing, sales, or call centre experience
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary & Benefits

  • R15 000 – R20 000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
