About the Role

Odin is building the future of education in South Africa by connecting forward-thinking corporates with high-impact education solutions and growing a rapidly expanding client base. Our aim is to triple that base within two years, driven by our compliance funding vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured virtual discovery calls with inbound corporate leads
  • Qualify prospects against defined criteria and assess readiness to engage
  • Communicate the Odin value proposition clearly and confidently
  • Accurately record where each prospect is in their decision-making process
  • Escalate live, ready-to-engage opportunities to the Business Development Lead
  • Maintain an organised, up-to-date pipeline of all contacts and conversations
  • Attend in-person meetings in Johannesburg as required
  • Surface additional opportunities that emerge through conversation
