About the Role

The TJ 17920 – ERP SALES MANAGER position is a key role within our Platinum and largest Sage Business Partner team, driving revenue growth through effective sales leadership and expertise in software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue growth
  • Lead a team of Sales representatives to achieve high-value targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and negotiations with clients
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3-5 years Sales Management Experience
  • 35 years of software sales experience and deep ERP knowledge
  • Developing sales strategies
  • Mentoring & Leading teams
  • Achieving high-value targets, requiring strong negotiation skills
