About the Role
Fohow Group South Africa is seeking a highly motivated Training Officer to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to drive market growth and improve customer relations.

Requirements
- At least one year’s experience in education or related field
- Previous experience in a Network marketing environment is preferred
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work across teams
- Able to align customer needs to business requirements
- Communicating with customers effectively
- Capable to work independently and under pressure
Qualifications
- University graduate or Diploma in Education or related fields
- Min 2 – 5 years experience in Education/ Training related environment
- Self motivated individuals with strong communication ability
- Ability to conduct Training to individuals as well as groups
- Knowledge of health care products
- Willing to travel and work extended hours
- Well presented with good teamwork skills
