About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Transfer Specialist III to join our Bryanston-based operations team on a permanent basis. As a senior-level role, we are looking for someone with deep experience across Life and LISP platforms who can facilitate inward and outward transfers, handle Section 14, Section 50, and discretionary transfer processes, and provide exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate inward and outward transfers across Life and LISP platforms
- Handle Section 14, Section 50, and discretionary transfer processes in line with FAIS, FICA, and internal compliance standards
- Investigate discrepancies, resolve unmatched transactions, and perform reconciliations
- Manage documentation including mandates, transfer forms, confirmations, and supporting docs
- Use internal systems such as Wealth Connect CRM, Finswitch, and TAU to track transfer workflow and ensure timely processing
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
Requirements
- 68 years of experience in the LISP or investment platform environment
- Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in transfer processing, ideally across both Life and LISP products
- Deep understanding of Sectional Transfers, transfer documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with Finswitch, CRM tools, and investment admin systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Finance, Investment Management, or Business Administration
