Johannesburg: Volkswagen / Audi Technician

Main Responsibilities: Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on VW and Audi vehicles using dealership-approved tools and equipment. Follow manufacturer guidelines and service schedules to ensure quality and safety standards. Identify and resolve complex mechanical and electronic issues efficiently. Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work performed. Collaborate with service advisors, parts departments, and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow. Stay updated with the latest VW / Audi technical bulletins, tools, and diagnostic procedures. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Requirements: Diagnostic certification for VW and/or Audi vehicles is mandatory. Proven experience working in a dealership environment, specifically with VW and Audi vehicles. Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid drivers license. Desirable: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Commitment to continuous technical development.
