Report daily Receipts to client and manager Ensure daily reporting of cold room and main facility temperature control Ensure NCRs are completed for any deviations that may be found during production on all SOP measurements Outbound Oversee daily Outbounds of your team Visual Management through BluYonde/ BI Tool Investigate delayed order pickings Check all Orders processed for the day and ensure within KPI as provided to you on email or as below Ensure client KPIs adhered to Cut off before 2.00PM Dispatch/ Ready for collection the same day Orders processed after 2.00PM to be ready the following day by 8.00AM. Extensions to the above require management approval. Ensure all deliveries under Logistics are within delivery time frame The vehicle is clean, the correct size and loaded in compliance Ensure necessary escorts are placed on deliveries Communicate delays immediately to client Complete spot checks on orders picked and audited Confirm by close of business that all orders finalized and handed over, no stock missed Liase with Admin to ensure all PODs are received No query emails are left unattended Communicate any delays with clients Walk the floor – Ensure no orders left behind Staff Manage and monitor staff performance daily and report to manager General Conduct daily tool box meetings which incl. previous days, current day, health and safety topic, quality topic, PPE, Housekeeping feedback. These meetings are limited to 15mim. They need to be minuted on email to the manager daily. No need to sign an attendance register. Requirements:

Matric or equivalent of senior certification High level of computer literacy Further studies advantageous 3 years experience in field of Warehousing Quality Management Experience SHE experiences advantageous
