Johannesburg West: Junior Financial Manager posted by Network Finance

• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Partnering closely with operations and production teams to understand costs, efficiencies and margins
• Assisting with costing, stock, WIP and production-related reporting
• Supporting audits, statutory reporting and internal controls
• Driving process improvements and helping streamline finance operations
• Acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• CA(SA) – newly qualified or up to 1–2 years post articles
• Strong grounding in financial reporting
• Exposure to operations, manufacturing, costing or stock highly advantageous
• Commercial mindset with a hands-on, curious approach
• Strong Excel skills and an appetite to learn and grow
• Someone who wants a future Financial Manager / Finance Business Partner
