The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, quotations, office admin, and assist directors with business activities.Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally. Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders. Manage office admin, filing, correspondence, and supplies. Assist with logistics, deliveries, and order tracking. Provide admin support to directors, including scheduling and reports. Process orders, invoices, and supplier documents. Liaise with accounts on payments and reconciliations. Maintain accurate records on company systems.Requirements: Matric (Grade 12); admin or business diploma advantageous. 35 years experience in office admin or sales support. Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office; ERP/accounting system experience is a plus. Experience in electrical, engineering, or technical products is a strong advantage.
