Job Summary

Job Purpose: Wholesale Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining operational efficiency. The manager will also be tasked with implementing company policies, optimizing profitability, and fostering a positive work environment. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The successful candidate will manage a team of 15 employees, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales targets. The Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining store standards and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Management 2. Sales and Customer Service 3. Inventory and Merchandising 4. Financial Management 5. Compliance and Operations Qualifications and Skills: Education: Matric certificate required; diploma/degree in business management, retail management, or a related field is advantageous. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a retail management role, overseeing a team. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Financial acumen and experience in sales reporting and budgeting. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management systems (e.g., POS). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
