About the Role

Our client, a vibrant Italian restaurant branch as part of a larger chain, seeks a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager / Senior Manager to join their busy venue in Fourways. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional passionate about hospitality who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Handle guest relations, resolve complaints, and create memorable dining experiences.
