We’re Hiring: Claims Administrator
Location: Johannesburg (Northern Suburbs)
Job Type: Full-time

Your Responsibilities:
Claims Processing Track claims efficiently, liaise with providers, and ensure resolution in line with industry standards.
Compliance & Quality Ensure all actions adhere to company policy and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
What You Need:
Matric a tertiary qualification is advantageous.
Claims experience at least 1 year in a similar insurance/claims administration role.
Professionalism excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in client interactions.
Tech-ready able to manage email, phone queries, and digital tracking systems.
Drivers license & own transport advantageous.
Flexibility open to working extended hours when required.
