Responsibilities:

• Efficiently administer delegated supplier contracts to ensure compliance and performance.
• Manage tender processes, including preparation, evaluation, and awarding of contracts.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to procurement and contract management.
• Uphold strong work ethics and adhere to SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and Quality) standards.

Requirements:

• Matric
• 1-2 year Certificate in Procurement or Purchasing Management.
• Minimum of 3 years` experience in operational procurement and contract administration.
• At least 2 years` operational experience in a mining, construction, or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel at an advanced level.
• Advanced user of procurement database systems such as JD Edwards or equivalent.
