About the Role

The Key Account Manager will oversee strategic customer relationships and coordinate all business activities across key mining sites, ensuring alignment with a world-class product and service offering. This full-time role requires deep customer insight, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse account potential and identify future growth opportunities
• Conduct shareofwallet and opportunity analysis
• Ensure full compliance with a Global Framework Agreement
• Prepare budgets and investment calculations
• Develop, implement, and update annual account business plans
• Build strong relationships with mine management teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinated product and service delivery
• Maintain account activity updates and track business opportunities
• Provide insights on innovation and operational improvements
• Implement and uphold global EHS standards
• Contribute to reducing LTIFR
• Comply with SHEQ and all safety policies, targets, and KPIs

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Formal qualification in business, mining, or engineering
• Computer literacy & English proficiency
• Valid driver’s licence
• Knowledge of mining equipment and services (advantageous)
• Mine Overseer Certificate of Competence (advantageous)
