Assist cost accountant with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate would be responsible for:Assisting with monthly stock countRemote depots book in stock received and processing their monthly stock counts3rd Party manufacturing production receipts and stock countsConsignment stock reconcileGenerate WIP detail analysis and investigate variances, thereafter, close the job cards.Action change controls to inventory or BOMsCreate new stock codes on SysproUndertake runtime studies in the factory,Back-up for Stock transfers between warehouses,Back-up for capturing Job Cards,Back-up for InvoicingDocuments scanning and e-mailingFiling and other ad-hoc duties.Experience and Skills RequiredMatric, accounting diplomaSyspro experience Advanced excel skills Broad knowledge of production processes, bill of materials and inventory controlAble to work well with othersAble to work on your ownFlexible and open to changeGreat interpersonal and communication skillGood time-management skillsGreat attention to detailGood command of English both oral and writtenUnderstanding of databasesThinking AnalyticallyQualificationsGrade 12 (Matric).Computer Literacy.Accounting diploma
