Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team.
-
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
-
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
-
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
-
Organize and support meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
-
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
-
Assist with project coordination, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
-
Conduct industry research and prepare briefing documents as needed.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
-
Professional discretion and a proactive mindset.
-
A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is advantageous.
