About the Role

Profile Personnel is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join their team in King William’s Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates and operational staff.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the store delivers exceptional customer service at all times.
• Sales Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Stock and Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring stock is appropriately ordered, stored, and displayed.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience and optimize product sales.
• Store Operations: Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in a retail management position, preferably in the home or building materials industry (experience with tiles or similar products is a plus).

• Sales Focus: Strong sales background with the ability to identify opportunities and drive store revenue.
