About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vehicle Sales Manager to join our client’s dealership in Klerksdorp. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing of new vehicles, meeting monthly sales targets, and motivating and training sales staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales and marketing of the new vehicle sales department
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Motivate and train sales staff
- Evaluate trade-in values and pricing or vehicle stock
- Report and liaise with head office on monthly sales
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Vehicle Sales Manager with New Vehicles
- Considerable experience with Vehicle Sales
- Experience working in a corporate branded dealership
- Track record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Valid SA driver’s license
- Clear criminal record
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent
