Job Summary
Primary purpose of the position: Join an esteemed Financial Services company, whos on the hunt for a Motor Claims Consultant. You will need to ensure that the expectations of existing insurance clients are identified and met in the event of a claim, and to process claims swiftly and efficiently. To keep the clients Brand Promise of meeting and exceeding client expectations. Minimum qualification required for this position: Grade 12 FAIS Compliant If not candidate will have to attend a Learnership to obtain necessary credits whilst employed at the company. Minimum experience required for this position: 1 3 years Competencies required achieving the core KPAs: Behavioural attributes: Strong communication skills Customer service & relationship building skills. Interpersonal skills. Task, time, and detail driven. Rule orientated. Negotiation skills Problem-solving ability. Ability to plan, organize and manage workload independently. High level of attention to detail Technical skills: Computer Literacy [MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office] System Knowledge (not required but will be advantageous) Abuntex / Audatex Santam Broker Portal Santam BPM Cardinal 360 Key Performance Areas: Motor Claims Administration Managing the full Motor Claims Process including registration, pre-support, loading quotes on Abuntex, corresponding with insurers, assessors, repairers and service providers, following up on progress and quality of repairs, reviewing & discussing proposed settlements with clients, confirming repair authorisations and keeping the client well informed throughout the entire process. Claim Negotiation Claim Payments Client Management Objection and Complaints Handling Demonstrate Personal Competence
