Pezula Nature Retreat is a luxurious haven located in Knysna, South Africa. It is known for its pristine landscapes, indigenous forests, and breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The retreat offers a serene and immersive experience with nature, while also providing high-end accommodations and world-class amenities, making it a sought-after destination for those seeking tranquility and indulgence. As the first friendly face that guests encounter, youll be at the heart of welcoming and guiding visitors to ensure their experience is both memorable and seamless. Your role is all about creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, assisting with check-ins, answering inquiries, and providing personalised recommendations to enhance their stay. From greeting guests with a smile to ensuring smooth communication with other departments, your mission is to deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression. Youll be the point of contact for our guests, helping them feel at home from the moment they arrive until they depart.
What Is Required:
We are looking for a receptionist at our luxury hotel in Knysna. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests from the moment they arrive. The primary purpose of this position is to manage the front desk operations, handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service. The Receptionist ensures that all guest interactions are handled professionally and courteously, contributing to the overall high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction that define our luxury property.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Hospitality diploma / experience
- Working knowledge of Opera
- Computer literate
- Familiar with the duties and procedures of the Front Office Department
