About the Role
Our client, a well-established and growth-focused retail operation in the agricultural and retail sector, is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead their dynamic branch environment. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with strong retail operations, people management, and sales performance experience, ready to make real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall branch management (sales, staff, stock & admin)
- Driving profitability and achieving sales targets
- Stock control, reconciliations & operational compliance
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performance team
- Implementing promotional initiatives and in-store execution
- Supporting digital systems and process optimisation
Requirements
- National Diploma in Business Administration / Commerce / Accounting or similar with Minimum 4 years retail experience, including managerial responsibility.
- Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
- Excellent MS Office skills and retail system knowledge
- Strong financial & operational acumen
- Ability to lead in a diverse environment with sound judgement and resilience
Qualifications
- National Diploma in Business Administration / Commerce / Accounting or similar
