About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Administrator to join our client’s team in the Kruger National Park. As a live-in position, you will be immersed in the stunning natural surroundings of Timbavati river while providing essential support to the lodge’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily lodge administration and operational tasks
• Manage guest correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems
• Assist with bookings, invoicing, and basic financial administration
• Coordinate with lodge departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Support management with reporting, rostering, and internal communications

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience within a hospitality environment or similar
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced lodge environment
• Professional and approachable attitude

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: R 12 000 – R 15 000 per month
