We are looking for vibrant, energetic individuals with exceptional Call Centre Customer service/ sales experience or basic Call centre experience to join our teams, We have various positions within the company for hiring and growth movement ranging from Lead Generators to Closers, Sales Representatives to Retention and collection Agents, Customer service executors, Trainer, Team leaders and Campaign Managers. USA Global Marketing offers weekly salaries, bonuses and commission structures. Role Description: This is a full-time, remote position for a Call Centre Agent position. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage potential customers with persuasive communication, and deliver excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, promoting products or services, addressing inquiries, and meeting sales targets. You may also assist in training new team members as necessary. Qualifications: Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address inquiries professionally Proficiency in Sales and Insurance processes for lead generation, pitching, and closing sales Ability to provide or contribute to Training for team development and performance enhancement Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude, with adaptability to a remote working environment Previous experience in a call center or similar role is a plus Ability to work in a high pressured environment. Lan/Ethernet cable (plugged into Fibre router and computer for a stable connection). MUST have atleast 64BIT processor. MUST have atleast 8GB RAM. Backup power for your router and PC in case of a power outage. Eg. a UPS (Uninterrupted power supply) or a Generator.
