About the Role
The Client Liaison Officer role at Fidelity Services Group is a critical position that requires excellent communication and administrative skills to maintain the daily operations of our branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all client queries are dealt with in a professional manner, investigating variances, and providing feedback to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all client queries are dealt with in a professional manner and timeously.
- Complete Incident reports correctly and handle communication to clients where required.
- Maintain client satisfaction as top priority in our line of business.
- File daily reports and statistics correctly.
- Download and save relevant video footages pertaining to incidents.
- Provide positive or negative feedback to tellers regarding processes after viewing video footages.
- Recommend corrective actions to tellers if feedback is negative.
- Advise management of flaws in teller processing.
- Investigate all variances encountered during processing of clients’ deposits and queries.
- Provide feedback to clients where necessary.
- Keep a thorough record of all counterfeit notes and send returns to head office as required.
- Provide documentation and feedback to head office with regards to investigations and insurance claims when requested to do so.
- Keep a proper record of all investigations.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Certificate.
- Registered Grade C PSIRA Certificate.
- MS Office computer literacy (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Good interaction skills, bilingual, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Pleasant telephonic mannerism.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Good writing and reporting skills.
- Excellent time management.
