About the Role
We are seeking a confident Dutch-speaking Sales Advisor to join our team at ATM.SA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with existing customers to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth through meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting inbound and outbound calls with existing customers
- Retaining clients by providing excellent service and preventing cancellations
- Upselling and cross-selling new products and services based on customer needs
- Keeping detailed and accurate records in our CRM system
- Staying informed on the latest products, market trends, and sales strategies
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve and exceed targets
- Managing customer queries and delivering top-tier support
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) native fluency preferred
- Proven sales experience (inbound, outbound, telesales, or retention)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Confident, results-driven, and target-oriented mindset
- Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with desktop systems
