ABOUT THE ROLE As an Enrolled Nurse at Nurture iLembe, you will play a vital role within the nursing and rehabilitation team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to patients recovering from physical trauma, neurological conditions, and other rehabilitation needs. You will work under the guidance of the Nursing Manager to ensure excellent patient care, safety, and dignity in every aspect of the recovery journey. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Enrolled Nurse Certificate and valid registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) Experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in a clinical healthcare environment KEY COMPETENCIES Achieve best possible outcomes for patients and their families Prevent risks and ensure the highest possible quality of standards Demonstrate strong clinical and people skills Speak, read, and write English Computer literacy Team player and professional in all undertakings High attention to detail Adapt to daily changes in workload Flexibility in working hours / shift work Knowledge of health and safety standards Minimum Salary: 18 400,42 Cost to Company (benefits included) Should you not receive a response within two weeks of submission, please consider your application unsuccessful.
