About the Role
The Building Company is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for compiling lists of building materials, supply and fit items, plant and equipment, and labour costs – off plan. You will work closely with customers and builders to achieve monthly sales budgets, while maintaining a neat and tidy estimating area.

- List building material requirements
- Liaise with customers and builders to attain monthly sales budgets
- Make structured calls to existing customers
- Measure quantities from plans manually
- Cost building materials
Requirements
- Grade 12 National Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Relevant product/system knowledge
