Hire Resolve’s client, an e-Certification provider, is looking for a QA Tester to join their dynamic team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of software products, working alongside developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and testing criteria.
• Conduct regression testing and ensure that existing functionality remains intact.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide timely feedback and status updates to project stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in software testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
• Proficient in both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
