About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Guide and Field Guide to join our luxury Safari Lodge in KwaZulu-Natal, committed to delivering exceptional, safe, and educational safari experiences while upholding conservation principles and lodge service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional, safe, and educational safari experiences for guests
- Supporting the leadership, mentoring, and development of junior guides
- Upholding the lodge’s conservation ethos and ensuring compliance with reserve protocols
- Contributing to a consistently high standard of guiding within a Big 5 environment
Requirements
- FGASA Professional Field Guide qualification (minimum Level 2 recommended)
- Valid Trails Guide qualification (advantageous, if applicable to operations)
- Valid PDP and driver’s licence (Code B / C1 as applicable)
- First Aid Level 2 (minimum)
