About the Role

A prominent private hospital in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a dedicated ICU Unit Manager to lead our critical care team. As a seasoned leader with a strong focus on clinical governance, staff development, and patient outcomes, you will play a crucial role in driving unit performance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage unit performance and quality standards
  • Develop and implement staff development strategies
