About the Role
A growing company specialising in aloe-based skincare products is seeking a creative and organised individual to join their team. We are looking for someone who can manage our social media platforms, create engaging digital content, and provide administrative support related to marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Create, film, and edit engaging digital content, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos
- Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with campaigns and product launches
- Engage with the online community by responding to messages and comments
- Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Provide administrative support related to marketing activities
Requirements
- Relevant qualification or certification in Digital Marketing, social media, Content Creation, or a related field
- Proven experience creating and managing social media content for a brand
- Strong content creation and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, presentable, and brand-conscious
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Creation, or a related field is preferred but not essential
