Job Summary

Food & Beverage Manager
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the dining operations of our luxury property. This role calls for a hands-on leader who can balance creativity with operational excellence, ensuring our guests enjoy world-class dining experiences that reflect the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining
Drive service excellence, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, personalised, and memorable
Oversee menu development in collaboration with the culinary team, maintaining a balance between innovation and brand standards
Manage budgets, cost controls, and revenue targets, with a strong focus on profitability
Implement and monitor service standards, staff training, and development programs
Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Foster strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders
Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing fresh ideas to enhance the F&B offering

Requirements:

Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a senior supervisory role within luxury hotels, resorts, or lodges
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
A passion for food, wine, and service excellence
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Hospitality or F&B management qualification preferred
