equirements:
Grade 12.
Valid drivers license.
Business Management qualification or relevant
qualification will be advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Retail Store
Manager is required.
Retail experience managing multiple stores would
be very beneficial.
Excellent communication, organisational and
strategy skills.
Leadership and decision-making ability.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular visits to retails stores and various
outlets.
Ensure all business operations are conducted in
accordance with the company standard.
Oversee and coordinate business operations of the
retail stores to achieve financial goals and
operational targets.
Influence team members to be customer oriented,
effective, productive and knowledgeable.
Build constructive and effective relationships with
multiple departments and stakeholders.
Ability to identify areas for performance
improvement.
Partnering with the Sales and Marketing division to
support, validate and strategize marketing
initiatives and events.
Development and implementing of possible new
business ventures.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill to
positively impact business
