About the Role
LARGE FMCG COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR 2 RETAIL STORE MANAGERS IN LICHTENBURG. We are seeking experienced retail professionals to join our team and contribute to the success of our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular visits to retail stores and various outlets.
- Ensure all business operations are conducted in accordance with the company standard.
- Oversee and coordinate business operations of the retail stores to achieve financial goals and operational targets.
- Influence team members to be customer-oriented, effective, productive, and knowledgeable.
- Build constructive and effective relationships with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify areas for performance improvement.
- Partnering with the Sales and Marketing division to support, validate, and strategize marketing initiatives and events.
- Development and implementing of possible new business ventures.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill to positively impact business.
Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Business Management qualification or relevant qualification will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Retail Store Manager is required.
- Retail experience managing multiple stores would be very beneficial.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and strategy skills.
- Leadership and decision-making ability.
