My client is seeking a meticulous Payroll / Salaries Administrator to join their team and take responsibility for the end-to-end payroll function.

This role is based in Ulco, Northern Cape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately capture and verify employee payroll data.
• Perform regular payroll audits to ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures.
• Ensure payroll is processed correctly and aligns with company policies, statutory and legal requirements.
• Assist employees with payroll-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Compile and deliver management reports such as Budget and Cost Reports, providing insights and identifying improvement areas.
• Prepare and submit standard and ad hoc payroll reports.
• Support internal and external audits by collating data and responding to audit queries.
• Manage the printing and distribution of annual IRP5s.

Requirements:

• Relevant payroll qualification.
• 5 years proven experience in a payroll administration role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• SAP (non-negotiable)
• trong understanding of payroll systems, labour law, and statutory requirements.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
