The property will introduce a refined culinary direction focused on locally inspired, seasonally driven cuisine. Daily changing set menus will highlight quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and a dining experience that balances comfort, warmth, and understated sophistication. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished culinary professional to lead the creation of a refined yet unpretentious dining experience that captures the essence of place and season. · Recognized culinary qualification. · Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within boutique lodges or high-end hospitality environments. · Passion for locally inspired cuisine and sustainable sourcing. · Strong leadership and organizational abilities with a hands-on approach. · Excellent communication and team development skills. · Curate and execute innovative, daily changing set menus inspired by local ingredients and seasonal availability. · Lead and develop a small, dedicated kitchen team focused on excellence, consistency, and creativity. · Oversee all aspects of kitchen management including menu development, procurement, hygiene, and cost control. · Collaborate with lodge management to ensure culinary alignment with the overall guest experience · Stable employment history and contactable references ➡️ A food portfolio must be submitted with your application that clearly displays your creativity, innovation and attention to detail.
