About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Truck Sales Manager to join our team at GAP Consulting, a leading recruitment consultancy in South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
- Build relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Truck Sales Manager capacity within the Heavy Commercial Vehicle Industry
- Grade 12 Qualification essential
- Valid Driver’s License essential
- Diploma in Business Management or Marketing Management will be advantageous
- Strong working knowledge of Sales strategies within the New Vehicle Commercial Department
Salary & Benefits
Basic Monthly Salary Negotiable based on experience. Incentives and benefits available.
