About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Personal Assistant / Client Liaison Officer to join our team at Lotus Gardens. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and ensuring seamless interactions with our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day diary management
- Manage appointments
- Invoicing and ensuring all billing details are accurate
- Working on an in-house system with all daily administration requirements
- Ensure payments are made timeously
- Follow up on payments that are due
- Manage correspondence on behalf of the owner
- Problem solving for any areas of concern
- Daily interaction with clients
- Answering incoming enquiries
- Explaining to clients different products and procedures that are offered

- Relevant qualification advantageous
- Proactive and forward-thinking
- Excellent with using initiative and solution orientated
- Well-groomed for client facing interaction
- Well spoken in Afrikaans and English
- Computer literate and excellent typing and grammar skill
