About the Role
We are seeking an experienced After Sales Manager to join our team in Lydenburg. As a key member of our dealership’s after-sales department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective after-sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service and parts operations to achieve optimal efficiency and profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years Dealership After Sales | Service and Parts Manager experience within the Automotive Industry
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification (e.g. degree or diploma) in a related field
- Strong Working Knowledge of Automotive After Sales Management disciplines
- Valid Drivers Licence essential
Qualifications
- Matric certificate (as relevant to your qualifications)
Salary & Benefits
R 35 000 to R 45 000 basic salary based on experience, plus incentives. Company Vehicle available for suitable candidates.
