About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager with a proven track record of success in managing new and used vehicle sales departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, motivating staff, and ensuring profitable sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the sales and marketing of the new and used vehicle sales department
- Meeting monthly sales targets
- Motivating and training sales staff
- Reporting and liaising with head office on monthly sales
- Advertising
- Evaluations of trade-in and pricing or vehicle stock
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Vehicle Sales Manager with New and Pre-owned vehicles
- Considerable experience with Vehicle Sales
- Experience working in a corporate branded dealership (e.g. Renault, Kia, Ford, Nissan, Suzuki)
- Track record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Valid SA driver’s license
- Clear criminal record
- Grade 12 or equivalent
