About the Role
The Quotation Administrator role is a critical position in our Mining & Industrial Supplies department, located in Lydenburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing quotations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods and services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage quotations from suppliers
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and services to clients
- Maintain records of quotations and client interactions
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for administrative tasks
- Manage email systems and document management systems
- Familiarize with ERP or accounting software
- Knowledge of OMN Accounts will be an advantage
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Sales administration
- Quotation administration
- Procurement administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience with email systems and document management systems
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting software
- Knowledge of OMN Accounts will be an advantage
