Management Couple Eastern Cape

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Management Couple to join a luxury 5-star lodge and spa situated in the remote mountains of the Eastern Cape. This is a live-in position, offering a unique opportunity to work in an unspoilt and secluded location while managing a world-class hospitality property.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management

• Proven management experience within a 5-star lodge or similar luxury environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• A valid drivers licence

• A hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving

• A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and staff development

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day lodge operations, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered

• Managing all departments including guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and spa facilities

• Staff training, development, and performance management

• Financial and administrative duties including budgeting, cost control, and reporting

• Maintaining the property and ensuring health & safety compliance

• Hosting and engaging with guests to provide a memorable experience

Package:

• Salary negotiable, dependent on experience
