Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
Minimum 35 years experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment
Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO, FSSC, GMP)
Experience with laboratory testing and quality control processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork abilities
