Malmesbury: Technical Sales Representative

Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Representative (TSR) to promote and market their concepts and products to current and potential clients within a defined territory. The TSR will assess crop needs, conduct research and soil testing, provide tailored solutions, and establish long-term relationships with farmers. This role reports to the Regional Manager and requires both technical agricultural expertise and sales acumen. Key Responsibilities Meet with 34 farmers daily to introduce our client, identify their needs, conduct soil testing, recommend solutions, close sales, and provide follow-up. Plan and organize activities, segment the territory, and optimize the customer network to achieve management-set targets. Engage the client network through events, WhatsApp groups, and other channels to promote solutions. Develop and maintain a customer portfolio. Ensure accurate reporting through CRM updates and activity reports.
