Marble Hall: Financial Manager – Marble Hall

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Marble Hall, where you will be responsible for managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage audits and statutory compliance
• Prepare and submit tax returns (VAT, PAYE, SARS)
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Implement cost accounting and operational finance systems
• Provide expertise on IFRS and financial reporting
• Collaborate with export teams to manage foreign currency exposure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Professional qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent) advantageous
• Minimum 58 years of experience in Financial Management roles
• Experience within agriculture, fresh produce, packhouse, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and operational finance
