About the Role

Join our client, Agricultural Group, as an HR & Wages Administrator in their Marble Hall packhouse. As a detail-driven and organized individual, you will be responsible for wage administration, daily registers, and packhouse operations. With strong organizational and record-keeping skills, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee wages and benefits
• Process daily registers and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment and onboarding
• Provide administrative support to the packhouse operations team

Requirements

• Grade 1(***)***-**** level completion or studying towards an HR, Payroll, Business Admin, or related qualification
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
