About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic couple to join our team at a 4* or 5* lodge in Mbombela. As Lodge Anchor and Field guide/lodge & reserve maintenance support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, managing lodge operations, and supporting the farm manager with land management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the lodge manager in all areas of lodge management, including reservations, office administration, front of house and service.
• Coordinate lodge staff duties and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
• Maintain guest activity equipment, trails, and locations, as well as assist with general maintenance tasks.
• Support the farm manager with land management activities, including invasive removal and other tasks.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s license
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a 4* or 5* lodge environment
• Tourism/hospitality qualifications
