Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets
- Increase product visibility and market share within the region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct regular customer visits and site calls
- Provide accurate reporting and sales forecasts
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (car allowance/pre-approval required)
- Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience (preferably within the building or construction industry)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales or a Building-related field (advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English and one additional official language
